By creating an account or publishing content on DIWAR, you agree to these Terms of Use. DIWAR is a real-estate marketplace for browsing and publishing property listings and related comments.

1. Allowed use

You may use DIWAR only for lawful real-estate related activity, including browsing listings, contacting publishers, and publishing accurate property information.

2. Prohibited content

You must not post, upload, or share content that includes:

  • Sexual content or pornography
  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Scams, fraud, phishing, or spam
  • False or misleading property listings or prices
  • Illegal content or activity under applicable law

3. Reporting and blocking

Users can report listings, comments, and other users, and can block other users. DIWAR may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other moderation actions.

4. Acceptance before publishing

You must accept these Terms before publishing a listing or comment. Acceptance is stored with the Terms version and date.
