Delete Account

DIWAR and DIWAR Office account holders can permanently delete their account and associated data from inside the apps. Web instructions are also published here for Google Play and App Store compliance.

DIWAR (client app)

  1. Open the DIWAR app and sign in.
  2. Open Profile / Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

API: DELETE /api/user/auth/account

DIWAR Office (agency / project app)

  1. Open the DIWAR Office app and sign in.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

API: DELETE /api/agency/account

What is deleted

  • Account credentials and login access
  • Property listings owned by that account
  • Related comments, chat sessions, and personal contact fields where supported
  • Agency accounts are deactivated and personal fields are cleared
